This 240 sqm family members residence is a complete of Workplace Twenty5 Architects practice. It is located in a new residential area Gerakas on the northeast component of Attica about half an hour driving distance from the center of Athens.

It is a 240 sqm family house in a new residential area, Gerakas, on the northeast portion of Attica about half an hour driving distance from the center of Athens. The geometry of the two storey developing is defined by a cross-shaped prepare cut from the creating lines of the region. Given that of the active road that passes in front of the plot we have made a decision to move the creating towards the street, producing a barrier to the backyard on the back of the plot. The living area and the kitchen are on the ground floor with access to the garden and the bedrooms are on the very very first floor. There is also an underground floor with two parking spaces and storage regions.
