The Florida’s housing is one particular specific of the most representative task in our office. At the project’s beginnings we saw that one of the most critical determinant problem, it was its individual circumstance. The whole lot was truly close to the A6 highway, a very crucial road in Madrid, so the constant noise it was quite unpleasant in spite of the place: a quiet area with plenty of vegetation.So the orientation was a simple issue from the very first design and style and fashion. We needed the home to be like arms that defend its end users from the exterior noise and from the cold north. That idea’s materialization was two pieces, “L” positioned, that give back to the highway and that receives the light and the sun warmth from the southeast. The house’s venture, the plants and the building’s shape had steady changes to get right now 1. It had to change to the customer’s demands.The rooms had been distributed in 3 ranges. The ground floor and the upper floor had been oriented to the backyard, but the basement was semi-buried, so we produced 3 courtyards to get the light in this side of the house.The ultimate end result was really satisfying, both for the client and our workplace.
