What a fulfilling lamp! This table light from FontanaArte is referred to as Mano – for hand. And who does not need a helping hand now and then? The stark white of the hand is a sharp contrast to the matte black of the base and shade. Initially created in 1932 by Pietro Chiesa, the wonderful Italian art deco designer, it has been reissued by FontanaArte. It reminds us of that hand from the Adams Loved ones tv display! Each the hand and the base are constructed of marble powder and resin. The diffused shade is black fabric lined with white PCV and the lamp has a dimmer so you can alter the brightness to your liking. This wonderful table lamp is an Art Deco type icon and we’re delighted it is been brought back to daily life. It’s just so comprehensive of character and such a whimsical piece – you could use it in any area the place you might want a hand.
Does not it search like the hand from The Adams Family Tv display?
